At Wenzelle, we work to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not accept or ship international orders at this time.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

- Order total from $0.01 to $50.00: $7.00 shipping fee
There are no additional shipping fees or hidden charges after checkout.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking
Orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided through:
- The shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
- Your account page on our website (if an account was created during checkout).
You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery updates from the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to countries outside the United States or regions where carrier service is unavailable.
Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Items
Shipping delays may occur due to factors such as holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or supply chain issues. If a delay affects your order, we will provide updates when possible.
