Wenzelle is a seasonal décor brand created by Shantou Chenghai Wenzi Crafts Factory, bringing beautifully crafted decorations to homes around the world.
Based in Chenghai, Guangdong—an internationally recognized center for holiday and seasonal gift manufacturing—we combine original design, skilled craftsmanship, and dependable production to create pieces that celebrate the warmth and joy of every season. Our collections feature festive figures, ornaments, tabletop accents, and a variety of home décor, each carefully designed to add charm and lasting seasonal spirit.
From product development and quality inspection to packaging and fulfillment, every step is managed with care to ensure a reliable shopping experience. Products may be manufactured through our own production operations and qualified long-term manufacturing partners under our quality-control requirements.

Every Wenzelle decoration begins with an original design concept inspired by classic seasonal traditions and modern home styling. Our product development team selects materials, colors, and textures before a design moves into production.
We coordinate design, sampling, quality inspection, packaging, and logistics as a connected workflow. Each stage follows defined quality standards so that decorations meet our requirements before they reach customers.
By working with our production operations and long-term manufacturing partners under clear quality-control requirements, we maintain oversight of product standards, delivery schedules, and inventory. This approach allows us to serve individual shoppers and wholesale partners while keeping the consistency our brand aims for.

Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–6 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
If your order arrives with any damage or defects, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work to arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.
